The visitor management module can integrate with Active Directory or maintain its local database for the host database.

The visitor management module can integrate with the meeting room management module allowing users to schedule a visit and book a meeting room.

Customizable approval process for entry of visitor material 

For enhanced security, the approval process flow can be customized and integrated with the visitor management module. It ensures that all visitor materials like laptops, etc. are pre-approved, and visitor check-in is hassle-free.

Ticketing & Feedback

Using a QR code-based ecosystem, the ticketing module can service all of the user’s needs. The module enables the following: 

  • It allows the admin to create a unique QR code for every asset and populate a pre-programmed ticketing response against each asset.
  • Assign asset owners in the system who would respond to the tickets created for each asset type.
  • It allows the admin to take print of the QR code which can then be pasted on the asset.
  • Through the mobile app, users can scan the QR code and see the pre-programmed ticketing menu available for the asset, and raise tickets against it.
  • Based on the allocation rule defined in the platform, the tickets are automatically assigned, and the concerned technician can then respond to the ticket.
  • The app also gives users and technicians the capability to chat live on the bluecoin IoT app to understand and resolve the ticket issue. The facility admin can view real-time ticket status and monitor SLA against each of them.

Cafeteria Ordering

The cafeteria Ordering system module is the centralized food ordering system that manages orders received across platforms including mobile apps and Cafeteria kiosks. Using this:

  • Users can search for food items, select and order the same using the mobile app. Users can also pay for the order via app or can select the cash option for payment at the vendor counter
  • Guests can use the kiosk to search for food items, select and order.
  • Food Vendor can manage food menu, received and processing of orders from the web-based portal.

Pantry Ordering

Using a mobile app users can order tea/coffee or other beverages to be delivered directly to a meeting room or Cabin. 

Users can select the pantry and see available beverage options. Upon selection and placing the order, the pantry/hospitality team shall receive the order over SMS/Tablet display and the same can then be fulfilled. 

The pantry module app can also be integrated with the meeting room module giving meeting room users to directly order from the meeting room module.

Building Management System

The Bluecoin IoT Platform has a native BACnet over IP stack that allows it to integrate with any standard BMS system. 

Integration with BMS allows the admin team to have a unified dashboard for BMS and IoT Systems.
